The students can complete their credits from the selected course package that is designated in relation with the year and term of education plan. The important point is to complete the package credit regardless of which courses are selected.
Course Registration:
Each semester, students choose the courses they need to take within the time period specified in the academic calendar through OBISIS and send them to their advisors for approval. The OBISIS program shows the required courses in blue, the successful courses in green, and the failed courses in red. The student chooses the courses that are required to be taken in the relevant year according to specific priorities. It is a priority to first take or re-take a course that one has failed before. The student, who is enrolled in the courses in his/her semester, can choose a course from the upper grades if appropriate. It is necessary to pay attention to the warnings and directions of the advisors in such cases. The students are informed about the elective courses offered during the semester by the advisors during the course registration period. Among these courses, students choose courses according to their interests and needs. Among the failed elective courses, there may be the ones that are not opened during the course registration week of the following year. In this case, the system shows you the course table that can be taken instead. It is important to take courses from the relevant package and year in this table instead of the failed course. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to ask your advisor. Do not forget that your advisors may send you messages during the course registration and add/drop weeks and that there may be errors in your course registration or changes may be required; therefore, do not forget to check the relevant messages at regular intervals. Keep in mind that changes may still be required after your course registration has been approved. Students choose the required courses on OBİSİS within the given deadline on academic calendar each term and they submit their lists to the approval of their supervisor. OBİSİS program demonstrates the courses students must take in color blue, succeeded courses in color green and failed courses in color red. The student is to choose courses that s/he must take according to a list of priorities. It is a priority to first take or re-take a course that one has failed before. A student who has registered in her/his own year can take up courses from upper grades. It is significant to pay attention to supervisors’ warnings and directions in such cases.
Keep in mind that your supervisor can text or mail you during the add-drop weeks about any possible mistakes or changes in your course registration and make sure you check your messages regularly.
Remember that there can still be changes in your courses even after your registration is approved.

You need to have an adjustment entry opened for adjustment of courses you successfully took in your earlier educations. The process goes as such: You need a filing in the Registrar’s Office with documents and transcripts that displays your grades and scores. Then you should list the courses that you wish to be exempt from and submit them to approval. After the commission comes to a decision about the courses, you can access the adjustment report on OBİSİS.

A protocol showing the course to be taken from approved universities and the course corresponding to the course to be taken in your department is prepared by your department. This document is required to ensure your adjustment if you are successful in the course at the other university. If you are successful in the courses that you have received, you must come to our university and initiate the adjustment process
